Truly unforgettable stay! From breathtaking ocean views to lush surroundings, every moment was enchanting. Each morning, we were greeted by charming horses nearby, adding to the serene atmosphere. The location is ideal for exploring, whether venturing across the island or enjoying local snorkeling and paddleboarding. Despite its off-the-grid feel, it’s close to excellent restaurants and cafes, offering a perfect blend of peace and convenience. Morning walks through the coffee farm to the gift shop were a delightful highlight, surrounded by coffee plants and avocado trees. The home was comfortable with stunning views, and Kelly, an amazing host, made us feel immediately at home with her attentive and caring nature. As my son and I are audhd, Kelly's place provided a relaxing escape from overwhelming hotel environments, combining home comfort with luxury. Her thoughtful communication ensured our stay was magical. . We can’t wait to return! 🌺❤️

We (husband, teenage daughter and I) were lucky to stay at Kelly’s amazing house for 11 nights. I’ll admit that when I booked the house I was a bit worried that the pictures were AI generated - I didn’t believe the house, location and views could be that perfect! But it was even more beautiful than I expected. We loved so many things about our stay here from the privacy, the beauty of the house, well-equipped kitchen, driving through the coffee plantation, the little saffron finches we watched all day, the amazing sunsets we raced home to catch, as well as Kelly’s wonderful and helpful communication. It felt like we were staying at a dear friend’s house. We were so sad to leave but will definitely try to come back soon to enjoy more of the Big Island. We had an amazing stay at Kelly’s house. It truly is an amazing property. Everything was pristine when we arrived and the view was way better than the pictures. We enjoyed watching the sunsets every evening, we even did some Star gazing (three shooting stars). Kelly also has a book that highlights some of the great locations you can visit around the island (beaches, restaurants, sites to see). Right up the road is GreenWell coffee farm where we picked up some amazing brew for the mornings. We were also lucky enough to see the horses that grazed the pastures connected to the property. We also brought our little pup, and she probably had the time of her life. She enjoyed gathering sticks from around the property and bringing them up to the patio, running across the landscaped lawn to retrieve her ball and evening meeting the horses. The night is quiet besides the natural sounds of the environment and was everything we needed to relax and enjoy the spirit of the big island.

Fantastically beautiful location, very private, surrounded by a coffee farm. Very clean and clutter free, Kelly’s house is conduit for enjoying peaceful time away. The kitchen is well stocked with gear for cooking, there are plenty of towels (without overly powerful detergent smells!), and the provided beach gear makes things easy. We already miss the main room/patio. The view is fantastic. Thanks Kelly!

If ratings went higher than 5 I would keep going up! This was such a special home - peaceful, spectacular sunsets, everything you need and then some. The location was ideal as we were able to explore nearly half the island yet make it home, out of the crowds for a glass of wine on the lanai! The lawn overlooks the ocean and is perfect for meditation and yoga. The kitchen was spectacular - every kind of coffee brewing option and so bright. Thank you Kelly! You helped make a dream vacation come true!

Heaven on earth! Like floating on a cloud over the Pacific Ocean, with great sight lines from every room, cool breezes in the evening, and unbelievable stars at night. Just a few minutes to various shops, restaurants, and groceries, and a bunch of great beaches within 15-20 minutes. Well set up kitchen, two separate “wings” (great for two couples with kids) and a gorgeous, sprawling property. Kelly was a wonderful host—very responsive and clear in her communication, and flexible with our needs. Highly (highly!) recommended for your next trip to Kona. We’ll definitely be returning.
