This home has 3 stories, all with private balconies and incredible ocean views. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms: The very spacious master (King) bedroom featuring lush Four Seasons bedding, a large bathtub overlooking the ocean, an indoor fireplace, a cozy lounge chair, and a private balcony. There are two additional upstairs guest rooms (one King bed and one Queen bed) which share an ensuite Jack & Jill bathroom with soaker tub. The Queen guest room features a workspace overlooking the ocean and a TV with Netflix.

The main floor has an expansive open kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, powder room, and additional bedroom (featuring full sized adult bunk beds), which includes a small office/children's playroom equipped with various books and toys. There is a beautiful balcony on the main floor with outdoor dining for 8 (squishy 10), an outdoor fireplace, and a daybed perfect for two or three to snuggle up and enjoy a morning beverage or evening glass of wine.

The lower floor is beautiful studio space that has been recently renovated with its own private kitchen, featuring a queen bed and full bathroom. This space is a perfect nanny suite or gym space. The bed can easily be folded up to create space for yoga, or group workouts. The studio opens up to a large terrace with a bar, couches, additional fireplace, and outdoor shower perfect for rinsing after a sauna, cold dip, or swim. Private yoga lessons can be arranged. Yoga mats and a rack of dumbells are provided.

A private lawn and sauna overlook the water along with a private dock with three kayaks & two SUP boards + paddles for guest use. There is also a swim ladder and chairs for enjoying a drink or some quiet time on the dock. During low tide, a large private beach emerges, and you can walk all the way to Strathcona park, seeing an abundance of clams and starfish along the way.

It all started with fresh flowers from your garden, kayaks, paddleboards, you helped us with hiking ideas, donut shops, sightseeing adventures in the area, (we loved the suspension bridge) we were spoiled by your coffee from Hawaii and all your restaurant ideas. We loved that you even supplied a port-a-crib and high chair that was so needed. The grandkids loved the bunkroom with all the toys and books and the rest of the family loved the relaxing feel of your home especially on the deck watching the sun go down. The views from this house are second to none. We could have spent our whole stay on the deck overlooking the water. That said, we did take advantage of the location being walking distance to Deep Cove and Honey Doughnuts, a short ride to Mount Seymour and some of the best mountain bike trails in the world and a short drive to Lynn Canyon for a beautiful waterfall filled hike. There was something for everyone on our trip. On top of the house and location being everything we could have hoped for, Kelly was an exceptional host. You can tell she takes pride in ensuring her guests have a great experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and hope that we can make it back again soon.

Kelly's house was absolutely fabulous for a family retreat. We were 8 people and there was plenty of space. The house was clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect - we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and mountains, watching the seals swimming by, fish jumping out of the water, and eagles flying overhead. And during the evenings/nights we'd sit on the balcony with the fireplace and heater on, watching the sunset. It was close enough to the city to be convenient, but far enough to feel calm and remote. There were 3 kayaks and 2 standup paddleboards for guests to use, and lots of small islands and harbors to explore. Kelly was a very responsive host, always easy to reach and eager to help out. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful outdoorsy experience combined with a luxurious indoors.

If you want to stay in a truly wonderful setting with stunning views this is the place for you. Peaceful, beautiful, magical and serene. Sitting on the pontoon with tranquil water, a local seal popping up to say hello is possibly one of the most wonderful experiences. I would 100% recommend Kelly’s home

Our stay at Kelly’s house was fantastic. It’s such a great and relaxing location - we loved being outside on the decks and the private dock enjoying the views of the water and exploring the inlet on the kayaks too. The house was beautiful and open and Kelly was a great host - super responsive with lots of great suggestions on things to do and eat in the area. Would highly recommend staying here and we’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

My friend group of 9 women had our 20th annual girls weekend trip at Kelly's amazing house. We loved the location, the kayaks, the nature, the warmth. Kelly was so responsive and wonderful. Highly recommend this place!!!
